BRANTLEY GILBERT didn't hold back while filming the video for his song "More Than Miles" . . . and it ended up sending him to the hospital for stitches. If you've seen the video, it's the part where he punches the glass-framed photo.
Brantley explains, "I punched that picture on the wall and I was under the impression that it was Plexiglas. It was actually real glass so I ended up with stitches that night in the Vanderbilt Hospital."
