OpenTable released a survey of the “25 Most  Romantic Cities in the United States.” Results were determined using three  factors: the percentage of restaurants rated “romantic” by OpenTable app users,  percentage of tables seated “for two” and the number of people who dined out for  Valentine’s Day last year.
