TRACE ADKINS is in New York City waiting out Hurricane Sandy. He took a photo of the broken crane blown over by the winds . . . and says all they had to do was put it on its side and it would have weathered the storm. That's what he used to do when he worked on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico.
