Taco Bell is going CLASSY. They've just opened their first UPSCALE location. It's a fancier, more modern restaurant in Colorado that goes along with their new "Cantina Bell" menu which uses more expensive ingredients. It's all part of their plan to compete with Chipotle and other high-end taco and burrito places . . . and it might actually work
